After installing the software on your PC, open it to the start screen.

Step 2 – Recover data from iTunes backup file

Select “Recover from iTunes backup”, from the menu.

Step 3 – Choose iTunes backup file

All available iTunes backup files will now be available to you through the software. Select the one you wish to recover from.

Step 4 – Ready to scan

Now choose what type of data you would like to retrieve from the backup file. Then click “Start scan” and the software will start scanning your backup.

Step 5 – Recovered files

Depending on how much data in on your backup file, the scan may take a while. All files found by the software will appear on the main screen. You can click on each one of them for a more detailed view.

Recovering from an iCloud backup file

Step 1 – Download and Open Enigma Recovery
