My iPhone screen is completely useless: the display is broken, so I can’t check messages. Is there any other way I can recover my things?

    • Hello Ulysses,

Thanks for your message. If you are unable to ‘Trust’ your computer and you have never connected your iPhone to your computer before, then the best option for recovery of your data would be through an iTunes or iCloud backup file.

      Thanks,
      Shaazia

Hey, I shattered my iPhone and am not able to turn it on but have connected it to my Mac several times. Is there a way to recover the data from it?

    • Shaazia at 3:18 pm

      Hello Amit,

Thanks for your message! Our recovery software is able to recover from iTunes backup files. If you’ve connected your iPhone to your Mac previously, then it is possible that you have an iTunes backup file stored on your Mac. If you do, then our software will be able to scan it for your data. If you are not sure if you have a backup file available, you can use our free trial software to check before upgrading.

Hope this helps, let us know if you need any more help!

      Thanks,
      Shaazia
