    • Hi Robert,
      Thanks for commenting 🙂
If you’re not able to enter your code into the phone or ‘trust’ the computer, you will need to try option 1 ‘1. Recover data from iPhone backup file’.

If you have ever backed up your phone in iTunes, there will be an iPhone backup file on your computer that you can recover data from. And yes, don’t worry our software has a 30 day money back guarantee 🙂

  • How to recover data from a broken iPhone it’s only the mini hard drive that’s in perfect condition I lost my son 2 years ago and the back of the phone is absolutely fine I’m looking for someone who can help me everything off his data from the hard drive in the iPhone

    • Hi Charlene,

I’m sorry to hear about your loss! You can try the free trial of Enigma Recovery, to see if you can get anything back from your phone.

If your phone is too damaged and is unresponsive when plugged into your laptop, you can try the option within Enigma Recovery, to recover data from a backup file. This will help you extract any data contained on your device when the phone has been previously synced to iTunes or backed up to iCloud.

      I hope that helps!

Hi, my iPhone is disabled. The screen smashed and then it got dropped again, its bleeding inside. Then somehow due to this the security code was somehow being entered wrong (as phone malfunctioning) so it locked and disabled it. Apple have told me there is nothing they can do as this is a ‘security feature’ of the phone. Will Enigma be able to recover my photos, contacts and notes?

    Thanks
    Emma

    • Hi Emma,

Do you have an iPhone backup file? You may be able to recover your data with the Enigma Recovery software, if you have previously synced your phone in iTunes or iCloud.

Download the free trial now, and see how much you can recover! 🙂

      Hope that helps

I am unable to get through the password security feature. I have never backed up my phones through itunes so there is definitely no back up files. Is there anything i can recover here using Enigma?

  • Caroline Stocker at 12:15 am

Can this software retrieve pictures that aren’t a part of the recently deleted file? And if the phone is water damaged? I’m not really concerned about the phone or anything else, really just all my pictures.

My iPhone is completely blacked out and I cannot access the screen. I also haven’t backed it up l. Can I recover anything using Enigma?

    • Hi Grace,

      Thanks for commenting!

Unfortunately Enigma Recovery won’t be able to extract data from an unresponsive device.

I would advise that you still download the free trial to see if the tool is able to retrieve anything at all from an iTunes or iCloud backuo.

      I hope that helps 🙂
